Phase 01

Alignment & Research

Brief & Kick-Off

A first chat to align on what makes you, well, you, and to agree on the plan, roles and responsibilities when moving forward with the project.

Research & Analysis

I'll take a deep dive into your industry and competitors, identifying trends and market gaps. If materials already exists, those will be thoroughly read through.

Workshop

We'll be joining forces in one or more workshops to identify the desired brand associations, brand personality, and much more, applying modern brand-building techniques.

Phase 02

Brand Identity Creation

Insight Synthesis

I'll be converting findings from Phase 01 into visual guidelines which will guide me to stay true to the research insights and consistent throughout the design phase

Identity Creation, Part 1

This will be an iterative process where we will work our way from moodboards to more polished visual concepts.

User Testing & Review

Both quantitative and qualitative user testing will be done. In addition, you and other relevant stakeholders will be giving feedback and the design will be iterated upon.

Identity Creation, Part 2

A more finalized visual identity will be proposed, tested, and iterated upon.

Phase 03

The Brand in Action

Channels & Distribution

We'll map out where and how your brand shows up. Which tone, content, and formats should be used to best represent your brand through each channel.

Brand Management

I'll provide a brand book in the format best suited for you and your team. We'll discuss tools and templates for you to successfully manage the brand in the future.

Website & Other Collaterals

If needed, a website can be designed. It can also be implemented by me if no-code solutions can meet the requirements you have. Other brand collaterals (merch, print-outs etc.) can be discussed to complete the look.
