Mouseflow Brand Identity Design

In 2021 I got the opportunity to rebrand the well-established website behavior analytics company, Mouseflow.

The project of rebranding Mouseflow took roughtly 6 months and involved many stakeholders in the different corners of the organization. From analysis, research, and planning, to workshops, stakeholder management, and implementation, I led the challenge of redesigning the brand in all its aspects.

A brand is of a dynamic nature, so maintaining and evolving it is an on-going effort that I still to this day spend most of my time on.

Therefore, a brand is an overarching element that flows through everything a company does. The outcome of this project was therefore a wide variety of elements which still to this day are evolving and changing based on trends, competitors, and much more.

Through the process, elements such as logo, colors, and website were thoroughly tested with users through different usability platforms, surveys, and interviews.

Below is a brief description and overview of the results of this project.

A brand is not (just) a logo. It is the discipline of creating associations in the mind of the consumer.

Results & Deliverables

The project resulted in the following;


  • company website (mouseflow.com)

  • a new visual identity including updated/modernized logo, color palette, fonts, iconography, illustrations, and more

  • a brand book with guidelines, do's and dont's, and explanations for the whole organization to use

  • a library of custom illustrations and icons to be used in all corporate material

  • templates for Google Slides, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint


For 3 years I've been working on improving and evolving the Mouseflow brand, expanding to new markets, and conquering new industries. I'm am today (Autumn, 2024) acting Head of Brand at Mouseflow, responsible for the website, brand management, graphic design, brand marketing campaigns, and much more.

The project resulted in the following;
